What information, if any, is shared/received from TimelyCare with VCU?

TimelyCare only shares the volume of registrations and visits for employees with VCU. No PHI or visit records are shared.

I understand that the TimelyCare resource is in a one year pilot phase, and the decision to continue will be based on employee use and feedback.
How do you plan to receive information/feedback from employees?

At the end of each visit, users can rate both their overall visit experience and their provider on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best). This info is shared in the regular reporting. VCU employee ratings are currently 4.91/5 for visit experience and 5/5 for their providers. A post-visit survey is also sent out where feedback can be shared, and users can always report any feedback to our Support Team at 833-4-TIMELY or help@timely.md.
