Public Health Response Team
VCU’s Public Health Response Team (PHRT) is made up of medical, public health, emergency management and university operations experts who consistently review new guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Virginia Department of Health (VDH) and VCU's own medical and science community to recommend decisions about both health protocols and university operations.
